The Air Max 95 just celebrated it’s 20th birthday. The venerable sneaker was a drastic deparature from the Air Max lineage (designed by Tinker Hatfield). The designer Sergio Lozano took the sneaker in a bold new direction, inspired by the rib cage of the human body. The original is now back in a quality retro (retailing at $170). With so many 95’s using different materials, I still think that the original suede version looks the best. Find the neons at Nike, Foot Locker and Finish Line.
If you’re looking for something new entirely, the 95 is also available as a Nike iD.
