White Mountaineering and Adidas aren’t an obvious fit for a collaboration considering the fact that Y-3 already covers much of the space between techwear and sports. Despite this, designer Yosuke Aizawa’s is strong at fusing the history of Adidas with the progressive outdoors aesthetic of White Mountaineering. Gore-Tex fans will welcome the waterproof outerwear and more basic pieces that add new functionality (pockets , zippers et al) to the usual assortment of sweat material sportswear.
The footwear is a remixes classic adidas models with reengineered soles and performance-oriented materials. The spring/summer 2017 collection will be divided into two drops on February 26 and April 9 respectively at select adidas Originals retailers worldwide.

London based boutique sneakersnstuff was given the opportunity to create their own Adidas Ultra Boost. Part of the ‘tee time’ pack the shoe sold out almost instantly when it dropped there. Today the wider release takes place with select boutiques around the world releasing the minimal sneaker. White and black knit upper is complimented with a clean white back heel and a golf hole’ inspired detail on the tongue.
Adidas seems intent on continuing it’s momentum in 2016. The German-based sneaker company saw strong growth with its Adidas Originals brand through the release of hit sneakers like the NMD and Ultra Boost. This short campaign video for it’s SS16 offerings is entitled ‘Your Future is Not Mine’. The clip is a fast moving dystopian film, referencing such themes as millennial’s reliance on social media and technology. The film also reflects Adida’s shifting focus away from just Sports and into the use of influencers and celebrities to push units.
After stopping production on the Stan Smith, it came back in a big way in 2015. Adidas released countless colorways and collaborative models with this base sneaker. Along with the shelltoe Superstar, the Stan Smith is the most iconic and popular sneaker Adidas has in their archive. One colorway that was missing was the simple all-white execution, luckily they decided to bring back this model. While not the most exciting sneaker, it’s hard to go wrong completing an outfit with this classic. Get it now at sneakersnstuff for 90EUR.
The Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 Low is set to release in the Black colorway on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at a retail price of $250USD. A huge swath of the the internet consisting of Kanye stans, resellers, hypebeasts, sneakerheads, and fuccbois will be out en mass in search of these. With resell prices of the original 350 hitting over $1000 on eBAy, hype is at an all-time high and expect all retailers to sell out within hours. Personally the Boost’s don’t do a lot for me but I understand their novelty and collect-ability of any Kanye Sneaker. There’s just other sneakers and boots out there that I’d much rather have for the price and time put in just to secure a pair of these.
After the jump you’ll find a compiled list of online shops that will carry the Yeezys. I filtered out shops that held raffles or only had in-store releases so you can rely on these stores to work on a first come, first serve basis. Make sure you have multiple browsers and devices at the ready for your best chances.

The Adidas Stan Smith has been one of the most popular sneakers in the past 12 months. Adidas Consortium (the most exclusive account the brand offers) is taking a victory lap in these Primeknit Stan Smiths. In black or white, with an off-white outsole these are subtle to the eye but they pack a punch with the reflective silver yarn incorporated into the construction of the back heel tab.
It’s hard to tinker with a classic but Adidas got it right with these Primeknit Stan Smiths, available at End Clothing for $135.
Adidas Consortium teamed up with Canadian menswear label wings+horns for a small collection of apparel and footwear. The sneakers are Stan Smiths in high quality Horween leather and the garments are all made in Canada at wings+horn factories. The bomber jacket comes in a nice tan colorway as well as black , and the general laid-back athletic vibe of the capsule makes this easy to work into alot of different fits. Check Haven for more info on the collection.
There’s been a ton of Adidas Stan Smith collabs releasing over the past couple months but none of them struck me as much of these heaters. The premium suede upper meshes nicely with the remixed tongue and heel details. The colorways really play to the shoe’s strengths and ensure that these models will be highly sought after for some time to come. The shoe releases in navy/white and charcoal.

Juun J made a name for himself at his debut collection by showing sneakers he had designed with Reebok on the runway. He’s been a bit quiet on that front even as he has grown a significant following from his home base of South Korea. Juun takes the base ZX 8000 model and freaks it out in these strapped monochromatic colorways. Adidas shows it has no signs of slowing down it’s design collaboration program and the results of this latest teamup are definetly making a statement. While I might slow my roll on grabbing these due to the sticker price of $500-$585 USD, expect these to be available in selects stores and online in the coming months.
