Converse has teamed up with A Cold Wall on a mini capsule collection, that includes outerwear, pants , sneakers and also this over-sized tote design. A-COLD-WALL has really come into it’s own in 2018. After multiple collaborations with Nike already rolled out this year, the most anticipated is still yet to come in the form of this Air Force One. The sneaker deconstructs elements of the original model in order to differentiate it from the typical colorways availble. Eyelets have been removed and the shoe uses a new eco-friendly flyleather technology which combines natural leather with recycled letter. A logo hit on the upper is and branded insole are little details also incorporated into the model. With a release date now confirmed for December 21 at select stockists including Nike SNKRS and Farfetch.
A-Cold-Wall* has become one of London’s premier streetwear brands. Their products have a uniform distinct feel to them and that was translated to the custom Nike Air Force One that creative director Samuel Ross first debuted at his London fashion week showing. Now the sneaker seems to be ready for a wider release.
The news was officially announced with a post on the brand’s Instagram with a caption indicating an October 21st release. The sneaker is set to drop exclusively on that date exclusively at the A-COLD-WALL* pop-up in London. The pop-up will run from 11AM-7PM at the below address.
