The first Himalayan Parka was an early example of athlete-designer collaboration build for the harsh cold water climates found on mountain tops with the needs of climbers in mind.  North Face created the  Expedition System which included the Himalayan Suit and this Himalayan Parka. Equipped with a huge hood, 700-fill  down insulation and a DWR water resistant coating using FUTURELIGHT fabric technology that maintains its breathability. Coming in four classic North Face colors, its available now only through North Face UK but should be available in other retail regions in the coming weeks.
