Offering a large selection of women’s and men’s designer labels, Rooney Shop is one of the best curated boutiques in Montreal. The list of brands carried include Robert Geller, Engineered Garments, Our Legacy and Common Projects. The shop recently launched a new re-designed website/ webstore allowing customers who can’t make it down to Montreal to shop online (though if you get the chance, you should definitely visit Montreal, it’s one of my favorite cities).

If you’re looking to refresh your wardrobe , you’ll have a good opportunity this week with Rooney Shop’s Thanksgiving sale. Starting at midnight on November 25th through to December 4th, you can save 30% on all regular priced items online using promo code ‘thanks’.  I selected my favorite items currently in-stock at Rooney, click through to see my selects.

Engineered Garments Primaloft Vest

Layering is an essential part of Fall/Winter dressing and this particular one from EG is subtle enough to work with plenty of fits. A quilted design with Primaloft fill, the vest is certain to keep you warm in all but the most extreme temps.

Carhartt Work-In-Progress Hooded Chase Sweat

Carhartt Work in Progress (WIP) has been coming into it’s own after several seasons. While this hoody doesn’t try and do too much, it will serve you well for many seasons with a simple design. Raglan sleeves, adjustable hood and a classic grey heather means you’ll be reaching for this often.

Our Legacy Navy Shield Pigment Nylon

A water-repellant technical Japanese technical nylon fabric makes this parka a good option for cold rainy or snowy conditions. Padded for extra warmth so this should hold you down through the rest of the Winter.

WTAPS x Vans Era LX

These WTAPS Vans Eras dropped a couple months ago and have sold out in most spots they came out at. I have a pair of these I’ve been wearing a ton and they’re a great twist on the regular all white Era. If you love the WTAPs aeshetic or just need a pair of beaters, it’s hard to go wrong with these.
