One of the most divisive sneaker models the Reebok Insta Pump Fury is turning 20 this year. To celebrate the anniversary, Reebok has teamed up with Boston based Bodega for this limited run Reebok Insta Pump Fury. The collage-esque video above is a fun , fast-paced look at the inspirations for this sneaker. The Insta Pump Fury has had a resurgence in popularity , being a very popular sneaker throughout Japan and with a series of standoutĀ collaborations with a strong lineup of brands and shops.
Entitled ‘Full contact’ the sneaker features a printed dot pattern on its inflatable cage and a multicolor palette that includes tan, yellow, and blue. The an animal print insert with the phrase “Contact Sports can be found inside the shoe.
Limited to 300 pairs, the Bodega x Reebok Insta Pump Fury retails at $200 USD and will be available On line (bdgastore.com) at midnight tonight (April 18th) and in store at Bodega (6 Clearway St. Boston MA) on Saturday April 19 at 11am.
Limited size runs will also be available at select Reebok Certified retailers world wide on April 18th, 2014.
