WTAPS founder Tetsu Nishiyama also runs FPAR (Forty Per Cent Against Rights), which is a niche graphic based line. Many of the graphics are straight to the point and draw influence from propaganda and fringe rebel movements worldwide. Two standouts from the 2016 release are this Beavis and Butthead logo flip and the collegiate styled Courage crewneck. Both are available at END Clothing.
